Guess your not going to take care of those , yet they are against the law here at MT , an unconditionally determined by the moderators doesn't apply as set forth in the Laws of MT .
I checked some staff galleries an they have stuff that is far worse than those that were deleted from my account .

That isn't the true from what the members have seen . Wouldn't look good if the staff has all their stuff to comply with the laws of MT first . That is why members get mad cause the staffs are not complying with the policy .. Well I going now I have a forum to build ..

i think you also need to realize mods, just like you have real lives and don't get to be on MT all day to reply to pm's about deletions, especially when we get around 30-100 per day. Do not assume because you have not received a prompt reply that no one is/was looking at your request- or that I was not on vacation earlier [did you look into that before pming? no] so I am still trying to get through the reports/pm's?

I suggest before suggesting we aren't equal, especially when I don't know you personally, you ask politely for a re-evaluation, providing the original botchii message of why it was deleted, and why you think it should have not. It may have been possible your message did not have enough information for me to evaluate, because when opening it was as botchii said- as you can see, many factors.

now, if you sent me pm's about something else, maybe I didn't receive them or if you sent me links to images you believe are violating mt laws, you should report them using the report function on the left side fo the screen not my pm box- because I will automatically delete it.

prove what wrong? are you suggesting that I didn't reply to your pm makes me be perceived as better than you? let's get things straight: first of all, when you get hundreds of pm's from many many members daily,one has a chance to hopefully open it, check for importance [which your original was a thank you for a scan fav and a list of submissions you deemed as inappropriate for MT.
As I have mentioned in my previous post, this needed to be done via reporting thread, not through PM- although helpful, it is unnecessary and also yes, I was on vacation and had no time to do tons of reports- let alone improper reports via pming: please do not assume that I in any way deemed your pm or any members as not worth reading- I read it, checked some submissions, and saw many which were fine- and then realized this is not acceptable because they have not been officially reported, you wouldn't get credits for reporting, and since I wasn't 100% available, no other moderators could look through them.

at what part did I say you were a minor? and in what form does that make this conversation different? you asked why I didn't reply or delete all of those submissions, and it's because:
1] i was on vacation and only had time to look at pm's reports which were of emergency/high status
2]you didn't use the report function
3]you are suggesting i/the moderators of this site think we are better than you

now, I did say you were making assumptions without regarding other MT laws, such as how to report, checking the news update for the new mature content law [I see you copy pasted the old law- I realize that's what is there now, but if you have read the new submission news under the forum, you would have realized we have new rules and are in the process of updating the submission policy].

thanks for the refresher- it's called the report function: learn how to use it. See something not of MT law? report it- if we agree- it's deleted. Now, I have had 3 submissions deleted this week due to mature content, so I do not appreaciate you assuming once again that we moderators give eachother slack because we think we're cool and call all the shots- that's ridiculous- we became moderators because we were nominated, usually from member to elite member, then moderator- because of our help in the community and being role models for members- not because we're all buddy buddy like a clique or something.

and what exactly are you refering to? what policy/law as you say did I break? my gallery? please feel free to report anything you find offensive in my gallery, as I encourage all members to do so in every gallery- again, that report fnction is the only way to go.

According to my outbox you did open it . An the PM in question was sent 2wk 6d ago as of today , it was opened a day or 2 after it was sent . It had nothing to do with deletion of any of my scans or walls . My first PM to you commented on your user page an thanked you for making one of my scans your fav. Then came the part on the violating scans , what I sent wasn't to complain it was to help . The second one was asking about the first PM I sent you . I didn't assume anything before asking , I asked a staff member an was told it is ok to send UL's of violating scans /walls in a PM's .

exactly- it's called using the report function- glad to inform you of it, and hope you have a great day- and please, stop assuming things about people- i'm just a person who enjoys MT, and helps keep it a safe place- I'm not perfect, neither are you, nor anyone for that matter- sometimes pm's cannot be answered, because of time constraints, amount of pm's in an inbox, severity of problem or lack there of- I assumed you were thanking me and showing me links you shoudl report- ie, you should report- not send to a random mod and assume they'll take every one from that list and delete it- what if i didn't agree with all of your submission reports? you'd know every single one and could possibly hound me or another mod about it- this is why we have the report function and botchii- so moderators/members do not get harrassed by other members, regardless of them trying to help/otherwise. IT's a safety function, and regardless of your intentions, no one should put themselves there just in case of it.

Now, I do not want to have any more arguments about this. I have now told you why I did not reply, and no it is not because I feel more important than you/etc- I have also told you that no, MT is an equality site, and yes- there is an update to the mature content law- which if you check the news forum you'll see and also notice we are updating it- soon to be processed. Also, I have informed you of the safety issues in regards to pming reports to moderators, a reason you may not have realized since you were trying to help-
